Refund Policy

Refunds will only be initiated in cases where damaged or defective products are received. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in proper condition. After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange if eligible. Please allow up to three (3) days from the receipt of your item for processing.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
