At Modeer, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:
Returns
We accept returns only if the items are defective, damaged, or not the correct size. If you believe your product falls into one of these categories, please contact us at info@modeer.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to hygiene standards, underwear, swimwear, and intimate items are non-returnable.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return request. Please allow up to 7 days for processing after we receive the product. If accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 12-15 business days. Shipping charges (if applicable) of ₹250/- are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
Modeer aims to provide products of the highest quality. We will issue a replacement if:
- The item received is damaged (please provide photographic proof).
- The item is missing parts or accessories.
- The item differs from its description on our website.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@modeer.in. If the cancellation is processed, your payment will be refunded within 48-72 business hours. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, simply email us your order details and the reason for your request. We value customer feedback and continuously use it to enhance our services. Due to the intimate nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel.
